Overview

Each group should be a solid faith based Catholic organization within the parish. Students should each be allowed to have a voice. They should each be encouraged to develop their own special identity. The sharing of faith, ideas, and concerns should be fostered. Each student’s individualized gifts, charisms and talents should be sought and cultivated for the good of the Church and the Glory of God.
Adult leaders should evangelize, teach, encourage, challenge and inspire each student to become the person God is calling them to be.
